The Style Of The Month (SOTM) for March has been given to the LiquidBlack by Andrew
LiquidBlack is a brilliant dark table based style for phpBB 3.0.4 with highlights of blue. This style has been the most popular over the past month accumulating over 1,000 downloads. The style is based on subsilver2, has a fixed width of 910px and includes custom icons and mouseover effects on the menu.
This is a really cool style themed on the Aston Martin DBS car so a great style for any motoring themed forum.
Just a quick post to say you can now follow us on Twitter. On our new twitter page we’ll post the latest styles, updates and changes to the website. Plus other forum news such as updates, security warnings and releases.
Awesome styles has been running for around 6 months now and we’ve decided it already could do with a little makover, and we’ve started with the style page.
This section is the most viewed part of the website – and why wouldn’t it be? It’s where you can download, rate, preview and comment on all the wonderful designs hosted here.

The first change is the size of the screenshot. A lot people asked for bigger preview images and now you have them! The new images on the style page is 550px wide. However at the moment only a number of styles have a larger image but we’re working on the rest! All new and updated styles will get their images up ASAP whilst older styles are at the back of queue.
We’ve also moved the download, preview and information sections to the right of the image. These have been made bigger, easier to spot and frankly nicer looking then the previous blue boxes.
The other change is the comments section, every comment how has the same background colour, and the author layout has moved from the top to below the comment.
There are also new images through the site.

This is a brilliant phpBB3 style based on proSilver. Themed for christmas with great graphics, icons and backgrounds. This is a light style with blue, red and green colours – a great style for your forum over the holiday period.
